Fremont Street Experience (Downtown)

We used to be a big supporter of downtown casinos in the past, the history and closeness of the properties made it ideal for seniors who want to avoid the crowds. Recently the Fremont Street area is becoming increasingly rundown and the constant bickering between the City and Casino owners has slowed the revival of this area. Still a rather safe area with numerous sightings of both Metro Police units and private security patrolling the area, We have also encountered many homeless that has given us a feeling of insecurity. At this time we feel other properties such as Sam's Town or The Orleans would better fit the older groups that frequent Fremont Street. - Viva-Vegas
